A Spot & Develop process, is not a project with an end date and finish line. It’s a new way of thinking. We start the process together, and after the first part of the process, we will use a train-the-trainer method to let you drive the future processes, eg. with us on the sideline as coaches and disruptive consultants.

A process starts with a 3 month S&D StartUp project, followed by a 1-2 month period with constant progress, train-the-trainer and follow-ups.
